FROM THE WEST:

Via Long Island Expressway:  Take LIE (I-495) East to Exit 53, Sagtikos Parkway South.  Look for signs for Southern State Parkway East.  At fork, bear left onto Southern State Parkway East.  Take Southern State Parkway east to Exit 44, Sunrise Highway (Route 27) East.  Take Sunrise Highway/Rte. 27 east to Locust Avenue, Exit 48.  Make right onto Locust Avenue heading south.  Go straight a few miles.  Optimum is on the left-hand side of road on the corner of Locust Avenue and Montauk Highway.  Turn left into our Locust Avenue parking lot entrance just before you reach Montauk Highway.  755 Montauk Highway, Oakdale.
